ABOUT US: Ralph Wood Services, Inc. has been in business since 1993, providing underwriters and self insured companies with cargo surveys, investigations, pre-risk inspections of facilities and security consulting.Associates include a former law enforcement investigator, licensed private investigator and master mariners. We conduct marine surveys for cargoes that have sustained damage, been the target of pilferage, theft, tampering, mysterious disappearance or temperature abuse. We conduct cargo outturn surveys on steel products, newsprint and other forest products, automobiles, and bulk cargoes. Cargo inspections and surveys on frozen and refrigerated cargoes, fruit, juice and concentrates, high tech equipment and machinery, fine arts, household effects and project cargo. Our office is located on the east coast of Florida, allowing us to provide service from Miami to Jacksonville. Major highways make travel to Port Canaveral, Port Everglades, Palm Beach, Miami, Orlando, Jacksonville and Tampa convenient. We also service the Caribbean on a regular basis. We strive to provide a complete service that includes not only a thorough investigation to develop all the facts, but also includes information for recovery against the responsible party and information regarding loss control to assist in preventing future losses.
